Describe the trigger and task
Specify what should start the workflow, which evidence it should use, and the outcome you want—for example, a pricing-change notification and a draft response.
AUTOMATIONS
Save plain-language automation specifications. Execution is not connected yet; the planned workflow includes five initial approvals and explicit bypass preferences.
Build your workspace ↗Describe repeatable work in plain language and keep control of what happens next.
Automation specifications and approval preferences can be saved. Execution is not connected. AI reply drafts can already be generated, edited and approved without sending.
01
Specify what should start the workflow, which evidence it should use, and the outcome you want—for example, a pricing-change notification and a draft response.
02
The planned default requires approval of the first five executions. An explicit bypass preference can be recorded; saving it does not activate anything.
03
When execution is connected, the workflow should show what ran, the evidence used, errors and delivery status. Permissions and limits still apply after the initial trial.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
When a confirmed rival changes pricing, prepare a summary and a draft explanation of where our plan is a better fit. Send the draft to our approval queue.
Save the specification now. Activate it only once the required collection and delivery connections are available.
Business and competitor profile setup, the existing configured conversation-research pipeline, manual evidence records, and AI reply drafts. Additional collectors and account connections are labelled as planned.
Source evidence is kept separate from interpretation. A possible buyer match is not a confirmed sale, an observed technology is not a subscription contract, and a public complaint is not proof that someone will switch.
No messages are sent by this version. Drafts require review. Automation specifications can be saved, but execution is not connected.
